We need closers who can turn interested buyers into committed clients. You will be handling calls with webinar attendees who want to talk through the decision before committing. Some of these buyers are ready and just need confidence. Others need someone who can speak their language, address their concerns, and help them see that this is the system they have been looking for.
This is not a plug-and-play script role. We are building the sales process for this product in real time. You will be one of the first two closers, working directly with the Founder to develop what works, test new approaches, and shape a playbook that future hires will run. You will work directly with Athena Simpson, a 5x founder with 25+ years in business who built a 20% close rate on a six-figure service. The sales methodology was developed with Cole Gordon and Closers.io. The go-to-market strategy was built in partnership with Acquisition.com (Alex and Leila Hormozi). The webinar launch is being run by Katie Brinkley and Shawn Quintero at Next Step Social. Brand and paid acquisition is powered by Daniel Iles and Viral Coach. And behind every client you close is a delivery team led by a Head of Operations who scaled his last company from 5 to 200+ employees.

This role is structured as base salary plus uncapped commission with performance bonuses and a renewal residual that builds recurring income over time. Comp is designed to reward closers who perform: low floor, high ceiling.
OTE: $85K-$115K in Year 1, scaling to $160K+ at peak performance. Full compensation breakdown shared with qualified candidates during the interview process.
Note: Conversation volume depends on lead flow, which is scaling. The 40+ target is a goal as the funnel matures, not a Day 1 expectation. In the first 90 days, we are focused on close rate and quality of conversations, not just volume.
