AcquiMatch is the leading concierge acquisition service for first-time business buyers. We don't just find deals. We match buyers to the right business based on skills, goals, lifestyle, risk tolerance, and readiness. It's acquisition matchmaking, not brokerage.
Our system was built and refined by our expert team through thousands of client deals. The proof: every client we take on submits at least one LOI and they close on business acquisitions at 20x the industry average. The industry standard is that only 2% of aspiring first-time buyers ever close.
Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) is exploding, and the appetite for what we do is climbing right along with it.
We're hiring a Head of Marketing to take what we’ve built and turn it into a world class marketing engine.
The demand is already here. What we don't have yet is a predictable, consistent machine that turns it into qualified leads. Our founder single handedly runs the marketing and when the business needs her, can’t give it the consistency and attention it deserves. Right now almost all our new client leads come from word-of-mouth and podcast appearances. When the podcast goes quiet, so does the pipeline.
You're the person who fixes that for good. You build a better engine, own it end to end, and grow the team around it as it scales. This is a build-it role, not a maintain-it role.
You own our owned channels end to end: newsletter, blog, LinkedIn, webinars, events, and the long and short-form content we build from them. You take this off the team's plate, raise the bar, and turn it into a machine that runs without the founder feeding it.
From Day One, this is hands-on. You produce, write, oversee filming & editing and ship. As you learn our brand and our buyer, you take the wheel on strategy and, over time, build and lead the marketing team.
A few things you'll drive:
Here's the flywheel you own: When our content earns trust at scale, more qualified buyers raise their hands. More qualified buyers means more closed clients. More closed clients means more revenue, which earns you the budget and the team to grow the engine you built. You sit at the top of that flywheel.
The biggest lever you own is our founder's brand. She's our most powerful source of leads, and that asset is badly underused. The Hormozis and Dan Martell proved that a strong founder brand becomes a business's most durable, lowest-cost lead machine. That's the playbook
Read this closely, because it's a different game. Our buyers are high-achieving professionals, 35 to 55, often with an MBA and $200K to $500K+ to invest. Many are owners trapped in employment, successful on paper, certain they're meant to run their own thing. They're analytical, diligent, and allergic to hype. They trust proof, frameworks, and people who've actually done it. They value time over money and will pay a trusted partner to raise their odds.
Our content wins on credibility, not gimmicks. Bold and punchy, always respecting the reader's intelligence, having fun while we do it. If speaking to that person lights you up, you'll thrive here.
We're hiring a project manager who markets, not just a creator. You own the systems, the calendar, the numbers, and the follow-through.
You run on systems. Trackers, SOPs, and a content pipeline that doesn't live in your head.
You're always on top of it. You know the status of every channel and every number before anyone asks.
You know what data is important to achieve the right outcomes and you read the data and act on it without being told.
You manage up. Blocked or waiting on us? You chase us. We should never be chasing you
Growth is in our DNA. Perform here and your role grows with you, and so does your team.
As leads and revenue grow, you earn the budget and headcount to build the marketing org around you.
Step 1: Send us a video, 3 minutes maximum, answering the following:
Step 2: We review submissions. Strong candidates get a screening call, then a deeper interview with our team.
Step 3: Standout candidates get a short, role-relevant sample project (a few hours max)
Step 4: A final conversation on expectations, comp, and culture fit.
Step 5: References, then offer and onboarding. If we're a match, we move fast.
