Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) is exploding, and demand for what we do is climbing with it. But right now, almost all of our leads come from word-of-mouth and guest podcast appearances. When the podcast goes quiet, so does the pipeline. We're hiring the person who fixes that for good.
Your mission is to build the brand and content engine that gives AcquiMatch a predictable flow of qualified leads, so we never again depend on a single podcast appearance to fill the pipeline.
The biggest lever in that engine is our founder's personal brand. Right now she is our spokesperson and our most powerful source of leads outside of successful client podcast appearances, but that asset is badly underused. We believe what Alex & Leila Hormozi and Dan Martell proved: a strong founder brand becomes a business's most durable, lowest-cost lead-gen machine. You will be the person who turns the founder's voice, story, and expertise into reach, trust, and inbound, and builds the AcquiMatch brand alongside it, so the business is never dependent on one person or one podcast.
You will own our owned channels end to end: the newsletter, blog, LinkedIn and social media, our webinars, event appearances, and the long-form and short-form content we build from them. You will take this work off the team's plate, raise the bar on all of it, and turn it into a lead machine that runs without the founder having to feed it.
Here's the flywheel you own. When our content earns trust at scale, more qualified buyers raise their hands. When more qualified buyers raise their hands, we close more clients. When we close more clients, revenue grows, and you earn the budget and the team to grow the engine you built. You are the top of that flywheel.
This role starts hands-on. You will produce, write, film, and ship. As you learn our brand and our buyer, you will take ownership of strategy and, ultimately, build and lead the marketing team. This is for someone who wants to build something they can point to and say “I built that”.
Read this part closely. This is not a young, swipe-up consumer crowd, this is a different game.

This matters as much as the marketing skill. We are hiring a project manager who markets, not just a creator. You own the systems, the calendar, the numbers, and the follow-through. If anything is holding you up, you chase us. We should never be chasing you.
